Mining Leaders Group is pleased to announce the latest addition to its portfolio of leadership programs: Ramp-UP.
Ramp-UP is designed to accelerate the development of high-potential future leaders to operate at higher levels of performance and drive front-line productivity in the resources sector.
Applications are now open, with the program kicking off in June 2018.
"As the resources graduate pipeline dries up and the effects of lost experience from the latest resources downturn impact the sector, the need to retain and accelerate the development, effectiveness, and performance of our emerging leaders to take full advantage of an improving commodity market will only intensify. This is a unique program to collaboratively improve organisational and sector performance from the bottom up."

Ramp-UP is designed around four themes of managing self and managing teams; project and change management; communication and influence; and operational discipline. Through these themes, participants will gain the knowledge, skills, and behaviours to effectively implement change whilst operating in or leading a high-performing team.
