program overview

Ramp-UP is designed to accelerate the development of high-potential future leaders to operate at higher levels of performance and drive front-line productivity in the resources sector.

Maximising the value from the rise in commodity prices will require effective leadership at all levels of the organisation and operation. Attracting and retaining talent combined with overcoming skills gaps and shortages of experienced staff requires a new approach to developing the effectiveness of particularly the early career stage workforce. This four-module program focuses on the key knowledge, skills, and behaviours required of a high-performing and effective early career employee.

Ramp-UP is designed around four themes of managing self and managing teams; project and change management; communication and influence; and operational discipline. Through these themes, participants will gain the knowledge, skills, and behaviours to effectively implement change whilst operating in or leading a high-performing team.
