Given this evidence, the pervasive imbalance of gender diversity, and increasing need for competitive advantage, why are mining companies slow to adopt this change? How can mining companies accelerate their “gender and diversity maturity levels” effectively and sustainably? How can mining companies and women in mining harness their strengths to encourage greater career progression into top level roles? That’s what we want to explore and change!

Who is Brett Cunningham?
Brett leads a research agenda into the future of work in mining and recently delivered the inaugural Future Minerals Workforce Program supported by the Minerals Council of Australia.
Brett works with a range of executive teams and high potential leaders in mining companies, METS and industry bodies in Australia, South America, Asia and Africa focused on driving individual, team and organisational performance.
